Owners Corporation Manager

Ross-Hunt Real Estate is seeking an enthusiastic Owners Corporation Manager to join our team. We are seeking a candidate who is new to the industry and eager to learn, training will be provided.

Being an Owners Corporation Manager is a dynamic and varied role where you’ll be responsible for the management of your own portfolio of properties. This includes building strong relationships with owners, coordinating maintenance, and overseeing the financial and compliance needs of each property.

• Coordinating and managing repairs and maintenance

• Running Annual General Meetings and presenting to owners

• Serving as the key liaison between owners and the company, responding to queries with professionalism and care

• Preparing budgets and managing financial aspects of your portfolio

• Conducting annual property inspections and reviews of common areas

• Developing and applying a working knowledge of Owners Corporation legislation

• Other functions associated with Owners Corporation management

This role would suit someone with:

• Excellent time management and communication skills

• The ability to prioritise, problem-solve, and manage competing demands

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to show diplomacy, patience, and understanding

• A current driver’s licence (essential)
