Gemco is actively seeking Project Managers open to relocating to Brisbane. Clayton, our Sn Search Consultant, specialises in placing Project Managers for Tier 1-3 builders throughout QLD. He is eager to discuss our current opportunities with you. We are specifically looking for proactive individuals with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in Project management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Effectively planning, executing, and delivering projects within specified timelines, scope, and budget.

- Overseeing project teams, fostering clear communication, collaboration, and optimal performance.

- Identifying and addressing project risks, offering solutions to project-related challenges.

- Ensuring strict adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.

- Monitoring project progress, evaluating performance, and maintaining schedule adherence.

- Cultivating strong stakeholder relationships and managing client expectations.

- Preparing and presenting comprehensive project status reports and proposals.

Qualifications:

- Possession of a Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, construction, or a related field.

- Demonstrated experience as a successful Project Manager, with a proven track record of project delivery.

- Thorough knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

- Outstanding leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative work environment.
