About Us As a Social Enterprise and winner of the Digital Health Service Award from Patient Health Australia, we've pioneered fully remote, integrated treatment that removes traditional barriers to care. Our harm reduction approach has successfully supported more than 3,000 people seeking to change their substance use through safe, home-based withdrawal and recovery.
The Opportunity We're building something extraordinary in digital healthcare, and we need passionate AOD nurses who want to be part of this change. This role offers:
Complete remote flexibility - work from anywhere
Develop cutting-edge telehealth skills that set you apart in the field
Conduct comprehensive telehealth assessments
Develop and manage treatment plans
Prescribe medications in line with clinical protocols and guidelines
Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed
Provide education and support to patients throughout their journey
Collaborate closely with nurses, doctors, and admin staff
Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation
Who we're looking for: Tech-savvy, compassionate AOD Nurse Practitioner or Registered Nurse with a growth mindset and a strong sense of social justice. You're ready to embrace innovative care delivery and make a lasting impact through our integrated virtual model. You'll confidently navigate digital platforms and treatment plans while leveraging technology to enhance patient care.
Core Requirements:
Australian citizenship is required for this position
Current AHPRA registration
Up-to-date Police Checks (within 6 months)
