JPW Marine is a Perth-based wholesale distributor of marine products and hardware. We supply marine dealers, retailers, boat builders, OEMs, commercial operators and trades across WA and beyond. Our reputation is built on reliable supply, product knowledge and long-standing trade relationships.

The role

JPW Marine is growing its internal customer service team to improve the support and service we provide our customers. We are looking for a Customer Service & Sales Support team member to handle customer enquiries for JPW Marine. You will be a key point of contact for customers by phone and email, responding to product enquiries and preparing sales orders and quotes.

You will take ownership of your work and see it through to completion. Our team will train you on our customers and product range, with support from our external sales representative on customer relationships.

As your product knowledge and customer relationships grow, you will have the opportunity to take on more responsibility within the business.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer enquiries by phone and email

• Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing and availability

• Prepare and send quotes in response to customer requests

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer-related order issues efficiently

• Build product knowledge across marine hardware and accessories

What we are looking for

• Customer service or phone-based support experience

• Clear and friendly communication by phone, email and within the team

• Able to work well within an existing team and contribute to a positive team environment

• Reliable and punctual

• An interest in boats and a willingness to learn the parts and products we supply

Industry knowledge is an advantage, but not a requirement. We are looking for the right attitude, a willingness to learn, and someone who will fit in well with the team.

Pay and hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, based in Welshpool. $62,000–$75,000 + super, dependent on experience.
