We are a well-established, highly regarded and progressive mid-tier accounting firm. Due to continued growth and our strong reputation in the market, we’re looking for a Manager to join our high-performing Business Services team.

About the role

As part of our leadership team, you will:

• Deliver strategic advice and tailored solutions across a diverse client base
  
• Lead, mentor and inspire a high-performing team
  
• Work on complex, varied work where no two days are the same
  

What you’ll be doing

• Manage your own portfolio, delivering tailored tax and business advisory solutions
  
• Review complex financial statements, tax returns and compliance work
  
• Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through all stages of the business lifecycle
  
• Lead, coach and develop your team to achieve their full potential
  
• Drive workflow, quality, and team performance outcomes
  

What sets you apart

• CA or CPA qualified
  
• 5+ years’ experience in public practice
  
• Proven leadership and mentoring capability
  
• Strong technical expertise with a commercial mindset
  
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
