👷 Site Supervisors | Foremen | Site Managers

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day site operations

• Lead site teams, subcontractors and trades to achieve project outcomes

• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard

• Coordinate construction activities and site resources efficiently

• Monitor productivity, quality and project schedules

• Conduct toolbox talks and maintain WHS compliance

• Liaise with project managers, clients, subcontractors and key stakeholders

• Complete site reporting, documentation and compliance requirements

• Drive a positive site culture focused on safety, teamwork and accountability

About You

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry

• Experience as a Site Supervisor, Foreman, Leading Hand or Site Manager

• Strong leadership, communication and people management skills

• Sound understanding of construction methodologies and project delivery

• Ability to coordinate multiple trades and manage competing priorities

• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety

• Current White Card and relevant industry qualifications

• Current driver's licence

• Highly organised with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
