Porsche Centre Sydney South is seeking an organised, customer‑focused Service Scheduler to join our high‑performing Service Department. This role is essential in coordinating workshop bookings, managing daily schedules, and ensuring our customers receive the exceptional service experience synonymous with Porsche.

What you'll do

• Manage all service bookings via phone, email, and online channels

• Coordinate workshop capacity and allocate jobs efficiently

• Liaise with Service Advisors, Technicians, and Parts to support smooth workflow

• Provide premium customer communication and follow‑up

• Maintain accurate records and support daily service operations

What you'll bring

• Minimum 12 months of automotive service scheduling or service reception experience

• Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills

• Excellent communication and customer service

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Experience and confidence with automotive dealership management system (e.g. Titan)

• A proactive, professional approach aligned with a luxury brand environment
