Who we are looking for

We are looking for committed and highly motivated individuals to join our dedicated team of hospitality professionals at both clubs. The right candidate for the role will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and delivering exceptional customer support. You will have a positive, can-do approach and a willingness to contribute to our vibrant, incredible team.

Bar & Gaming Attendant

In this role you will be responsible for provision of gaming service to Members and Guests in Gaming and Cashier areas, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the gaming lounge, taking drink and food orders, assisting customers with enquires, promoting a friendly, well-organized operation for all members and guests, while maintaining a safe, clean working environment.

Pre-requisites:

• Please note that bar & gaming shifts will often require working until 3 AM on Fridays and Saturdays.

• Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate (RSA) & Responsible Gambling Services certificate (RSG)

• 1 – 2 years experience in Beverage Service / Gaming Services in the Hospitality Industry

• Current Police Check

• Have good availability across 7 days (weekends & Public Holidays) 

Front of House Attendant

In this role you will be responsible for taking drink and food orders, assisting customers with enquires, processing sales through POS system, maintaining a clean work area, and promoting a safe workplace by identifying hazards. 

Pre-requisites:

• Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate (RSA)

• Certificate II in Hospitality Operations or equivalent experience

• 1 – 2 years experience in Food & Beverage Service in the Hospitality Industry

• Have good availability across 7 days (weekends & Public Holidays) 
  

Functions Attendant

Functions Attendant support the preparation and delivery of functions, setting up the venue, assisting guests, serving food and beverages, keeping the area clean and organised and ensuring guests have a positive experience throughout the event.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, set up and pack down function spaces in accordance with event requirements.

• Provide front-of-house, bar and meal service to a high professional standard.

• Attend to assigned areas or service requirements and ensure they are completed efficiently.

• Lead by example in customer service, presentation, cleanliness, food safety and workplace safety.

• Identify and respond to operational issues during functions, escalating matters to the Functions Supervisor when required.

• Assist the Functions Supervisor with the smooth and efficient delivery of functions.

• Maintain a professional and positive approach when working with clients, guests and team members.

• Comply with all workplace health and safety, food safety and responsible service requirements.
