Marketing & Communications Coordinator

We're looking for a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join our Marketing team at Grace Cosmetics. This is a mid-level marketing role for someone who is a strong copywriter, commercially minded, highly organised and ready to take ownership.

You'll play an important role in how we communicate with our customers throughout their journey with Grace, from their first interaction with the brand, through to ongoing engagement and retention.

A key part of the role will be creating compelling marketing communications and building and managing automated email and SMS journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You'll also work across a range of broader marketing activities including influencer partnerships, PR, customer engagement, stockist acquisition and content support.

This is a role where your ideas are welcome and encouraged. We're looking for someone who can not only execute a brief, but proactively identify opportunities, initiate conversations and take ownership from idea through to execution.

This is a full-time job based in an office, so you'll need to be based on the Gold Coast or in Brisbane.

You'll work closely with our Marketing Manager and wider Marketing team across:

• Write engaging, on-brand copy across email, SMS, website, promotional, advertising and print materials

• Monitor and engage with relevant customer conversations across social media, forums and Facebook Groups

• Support PR communications and other marketing collateral

• Build, manage and maintain automated email and SMS journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud

• Support customer communications across different stages of the lifecycle

• Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and retention through lifecycle marketing

• Support influencer outreach, gifting and relationship management alongside our Social Media & Content Creator

• Assist with content creation, PR, campaigns and other marketing initiatives

• Jump in and support the wider Marketing team as required

We're looking for someone who can combine excellent communication skills with commercial thinking and initiative.

• Have 1+ year experience in a marketing, communications, CRM, content or similar role

• Are an excellent copywriter and can write naturally across different channels and audiences

• Are proactive and comfortable taking ownership of projects

• Are a collaborative team player who is happy to jump in and support wherever needed

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud

• Influencer or partnership marketing

• PR and communications

• Social listening or community engagement

• Beauty, skincare, wellness, retail or consumer brands

You don't need to tick every box. We're more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, strong communication skills and a genuine desire to learn and grow their marketing career. 

Grace Cosmetics is a Gold Coast based, Australian owned, international skincare company which was established over 40 years ago by the founding family. Grace is passionate about natural and botanical, aloe vera based skincare and our unique products are made on the Gold Coast in our TGA & Australian Certified Organic (ACO) facility.
