About the Cadetship

An opportunity now exists for team members to apply for the position of Sales Cadet at Mainfreight Warehousing Sydney (based in Moorebank).

• 12-to-24-month journey to understand warehouse functions and systems, insights into operations, systems, and sales.

• Obtain hands-on experience and training within different areas of the business.

• Gain exposure to our global network and understand our full supply chain offering including Air and Ocean, Wharf Cartage and Transport.

• Attendance at internal and external sales skills training sessions

• Regular debriefs with the Business Development Manager

• Collaborate with the sales team to gain exposure with face-to-face calls

About You

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.

• The three P’s – Passionate, Presentable and Promotable.

This is an exciting career opportunity for a passionate, positive, and energetic person who has a strong work ethic. 

Warehousing experience is not essential to apply for the role.
