As a people-led, commercially minded Sales Manager, you'll lead our Trade business across Far North Queensland and the Northern Territory.

You'll take full ownership of a significant regional portfolio, leading an established team, and helping shape the future growth of one of Taubmans most strategically important regions.

This isn't a role for someone who wants to manage from behind a desk.

Around 70% of your time will be spent where great sales leaders create value: coaching your team, building customer partnerships, identifying growth opportunities and strengthening PPG's position across the market.

How you'll make an impact

In your first few months, you'll focus on building strong relationships with customers, stores and internal stakeholders, understanding the opportunities across the territory, and assessing team capability.

Over time, success will be measured through market share growth, deeper strategic customer partnerships, stronger team performance and creating a disciplined, high-performing sales culture.

You'll:

• Lead, coach and develop a team of sales professionals across FNQ and NT

• Drive profitable sales growth, customer engagement and market share

• Build strategic relationships with trade customers, builders, contractors and dealer networks

• Identify opportunities to grow key accounts and expand customer partnerships

• Strengthen pipeline management, forecasting and CRM effectiveness

• Create a culture of accountability, ownership and continuous improvement

• Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain and Customer Service to deliver exceptional customer outcomes

Experience within paint, coatings, building products, trade supply, construction materials or a related industry will be highly regarded. However, your leadership capability, commercial acumen and ability to grow teams and customer relationships are what matter most.
