The Opportunity
This role is responsible for the day to day running of Mine Management Services whilst being the key customer liaison representative on site.
What you'll manage
Making sure Compliance with sites SHMES systems and leadership with safety.Personnel and task management and all relevant Waste management areas.Daily allocation of drivers, trucks and management of yard functionsPreparation of run-sheets, debriefing drivers and fatigue managementConduct Inductions, training and toolbox talksCompliance with all relevant health and safety legislation
What you'll need
Ability to lead, develop and mentor workforceHR licence S1, 2 & 3 and G2 requiredMine specific inductionCoal-board medicalStandard 11
