The Opportunity

Veolia ANZ is looking for an Operations Supervisor to join the team at Welshpool WA 6163 depot. This role is responsible for the day to day running of the site, drivers, and incident management of approximately 14 staff.

This is a Monday to Friday role with a 1 week in 4 on call roster.

What you'll be responsible for

Conducting morning toolbox meetings and safety briefings / safety interactions Reviewing tasks and jobs throughout the day Kickstarting daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow Providing guidance and supervision to the residential Commercial collections team Maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards

What you'll need to be successful

Demonstrable experience in the waste industry (desirable) Proven people management experience Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proven ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships Commitment to safety and quality standards Will provide training to the right candidate
