The Opportunity

As a Customer Care Specialist, you'll support multiple clubs across our network by managing membership cancellations, debt recovery and account enquiries. You'll play a key role in retaining members by delivering exceptional customer service, resolving account issues and helping members stay connected to their fitness journey.

What You'll Do Member Retention

Handle membership cancellation requests professionally and explore solutions to retain members.Deliver exceptional customer service while resolving enquiries and recording valuable member feedback.Work towards retention KPIs and contribute ideas to improve the overall member experience.

Debt Collection & Account Management

Contact members regarding overdue accounts via phone, email and SMS.Negotiate payment arrangements, update account information and process payments.Liaise with billing providers and collection agencies while maintaining excellent member relationships.Achieve debt recovery KPIs through proactive account management.

What You'll Need to Succeed

1-2 years' experience in debt collection, customer service or a call centre environment.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Confidence handling difficult conversations with empathy and professionalism.Experience using CRM or member management systems is highly regarded.Strong attention to detail and ability to meet KPIs.Australian working rights.
