Join Liverpool Hospital's Gastroenterology Unit and play a key role in delivering exceptional care to patients with a wide range of acute and chronic gastrointestinal conditions. Deliver high-quality, patient-centred nursing care to patients with acute and chronic gastroenterological conditions. Monitor, assess and respond to changes in patient condition to ensure safe and effective care. Collaborate with medical, nursing and allied health teams to achieve the best possible patient outcomes. Contribute to patient education, discharge planning and health promotion initiatives that support long-term wellbeing. Participate in quality improvement, patient safety and professional development activities that strengthen clinical excellence.

Descibe your experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute hospital setting, including any experience in gastroenterology, endoscopy, medical, or surgical nursing. How has this experience prepared you to provide safe, patient-centred care to patients with complex gastrointestinal conditions?Gastroenterology patients often require close monitoring and timely escalation of care, describe a clinical situation where you identified a deteriorating patient or potential complication and the actions you took to ensure patient safety.
