About the Role

Reporting to the Treasury Manager, this Accounts Receivable position is a key role within the finance team, responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely management of incoming payments and account balances.

You will operate with a high level of autonomy, taking ownership of the AR function while supporting broader team objectives. This role offers the opportunity to build strong internal and external relationships, contribute to process efficiency, and play a vital role in maintaining the company’s cash flow and financial accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Processing and allocating incoming paymentsReconciling the Accounts Receivable ledger and investigating unallocated fundsIdentifying discrepancies and resolving client queries in a timely mannerManaging and processing direct debit batchesWorking daily within our custom wholesale fuel software system

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in an Accounts Receivable or similar administrative roleStrong communication skills, both written and verbalHigh attention to detail and accuracySound working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite (including Word, Outlook and Excel)
