Associate Manager (Business Line Management) -Personal Banking

Bank of China is seeking an energetic and highly motivated Assistant Manager to join our Personal Banking Business Line Management team in Sydney Branch.
 
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Strategic planning and target allocation: Formulate retail banking development plans in alignment with branch strategies, and allocate key performance indicators to branches.
• Performance evaluation and incentive mechanisms: Develop performance evaluation frameworks, branch transformation schemes, and periodic marketing competition incentives to motivate front line staff and drive operational efficiency.
• Data analytics and performance monitoring: Monitor personal banking performance metrics on an ongoing basis, conduct peer benchmarking, deliver comprehensive business reviews, and provide strategic insights for executive decision making.
• Integrated marketing coordination and public relations: Overarching management of personal finance marketing initiatives, including designing cross product promotional campaigns, organizing marketing events, and directing public relations and media coverage to elevate brand visibility and market engagement.

• Good data analysis and report writing skills
• Possess appropriate tertiary qualifications in accounting, commerce or finance
• Have strong written and spoken communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Previous retail banking experience within financial service is highly appreciated.
