NQ Crash & 4WD Spares is seeking a dedicated Parts Interpreter to join our team in Cairns on a full time basis.

Our ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running with their experience in retail and trade sales and make a difference within our team right from the start.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide parts interpreting advice and guidance to a range of customers for any vehicles - we work across all makes and models unlike dealerships who are limited to just their brands

• Responding to parts enquiries - via Phone, retail customers over the counter, tradesmen and online

• Preparing quotes, invoices and processing payments in a timely manner in order to reach sales objectives

• Collaborate with the Warehouse and Dismantle teams to ensure timely and accurate parts delivery to your customers

what we're looking for:

• Minimum 1-2 years of parts interpreting experience or a similar automotive parts sales role

• Completion or in the process of completing a Certificate III in Parts Interpreting will be very highly regarded

• Excellent knowledge of automotive parts, systems, and components

• Exceptional customer service skills and problem-solving skills including a professional phone manner

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently

• Proficiency in using parts catalogues and inventory management systems

• Immaculate professional presentation, punctual, reliable and have a excellent worth ethic to contribute to a small close knit team

• Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
