Parts Interpreter

Northeast Auto Ceduna is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Parts Interpreter to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with automotive, agricultural or machinery parts experience who enjoys helping customers find the right parts and providing practical product advice.

About The Role

Working Monday to Friday and reporting directly to the Parts Manager, you will be responsible for assisting customers and technicians with parts identification, sales and advice across a diverse range of leading brands, including:

Key Responsibilities

Provide friendly and knowledgeable parts advice to customersIdentify and source automotive, agricultural and machinery partsAssist customers with parts enquiries and salesPrepare quotes, orders and invoicesMaintain accurate parts inventory and stock recordsLiaise with suppliers to source parts and provide timely solutionsWork closely with the Parts Manager, workshop and sales teamsMaintain a clean, organised and professional parts departmentDeliver excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships

About You

We are looking for someone who:

Has previous parts, automotive, agricultural or machinery experience (preferred but not essential)Has a good understanding of mechanical parts and equipmentIs confident dealing with customers and suppliersHas strong attention to detail and organisational skillsCan work independently while also being a strong team playerHas a positive attitude and willingness to learnIs reliable, punctual and committed to providing excellent service
