You'll work across a diverse range of body corporate, commercial and industry sites

You'll be provided with a team vehicle so you are ready to go each day. No time wasted picking up a vehicle and equipment from a depot

You'll be responsible for:

• Leading and managing your 2-person team each day

• Managing the daily schedule that is provided to you

• Taking ownership of the quality and presentation of your assigned sites

• General lawn and garden maintenance using a variety of equipment, including a ride-on mower

• Operating the team vehicle and equipment

• Injecting your creativity and ideas to help develop the gardens at various sites

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys leading by example. You'll ideally have:

• 1+ years' experience leading another person or team

• 4+ years' experience working in garden maintenance

• Strong knowledge of garden maintenance

• A positive, upbeat attitude

• A strong work ethic. Reliable, punctual, honest and accountable

• Excellent attention to detail

• Friendly and professional communication skills

• A valid Australian driver's licence
