As a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Backam Group, you will play an integral role within our established recruitment team.

You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, with a strong focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates. This role supports our Construction, Civil, and Industrial divisions across NSW, working with Tier 1 businesses and established clients across multiple sectors. With several PSAs already in place, you will have the opportunity to work across existing key accounts while continuing to deliver exceptional service and recruitment outcomes.

This is a relationship-based position that allows you to focus solely on placements and service delivery, without the demands of a traditional 360 recruitment role. You will be supported by an experienced delivery team in the field, giving you the ability to concentrate on creating strong client partnerships, delivering quality outcomes, and ensuring a high level of service throughout the recruitment process.

Your ability to deliver exceptional service and work collaboratively will be key to your success at every stage of the recruitment journey.

• Proven experience in blue collar agency recruitment

• Confidence in building strong client and candidate relationships

• A natural ability to connect, communicate, and deliver great service

• Proactive and hands-on, with a knack for spotting opportunities

• A problem-solver who enjoys working in a fast-paced team

• A team player who is happy to jump in and support others

• FastTrack360 experience will be highly regarded
