At Brisbane Lawn Stars, marketing isn't an afterthought bolted onto the business — it's how we win work. This role gives you real creative control over how a growing, well-regarded Brisbane brand shows up online: your photos, your reels, your ad campaigns, your calls on what's working. No big team to wait on for sign-off, no content calendar dictated from above. You pitch it at the weekly review, you run with it, and you see the results in leads and bookings within days.

If you want a role where your work is actually seen, judged on real numbers, and shapes the direction of the business — not just fills a quota of posts — this is it. You'll be out on site capturing before/afters, producing content that stops the scroll, and running ads that convert, with a Director who backs good ideas fast.

• Visit job sites twice a week to capture photo and video content of completed and in-progress landscaping work

• Edit and produce on-brand creative — images, short-form video, graphics, before/after content

• Manage Instagram and Facebook, posting a minimum of 3x per week plus daily stories

• Plan, run, and optimise Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns — budgets, targeting, creative rotation, cost-per-lead

• Build and maintain lead capture forms and automated follow-up sequences

• Keep capability statements current and apply basic SEO/local SEO across our website and listings

• Write scripts and copy for video, ads, and other creative assets in our brand voice

• Attend one weekly review meeting with the Director to report on results and plan ahead

• Experience with content creation, photography/videography, and social media management

• Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and digital advertising principles

• Basic SEO knowledge and comfort with lead-generation/marketing automation tools

• Strong written communication and copywriting skills

• Reliable, organised, and comfortable working independently between check-ins

• Current driver's licence and access to reliable transport for site visits (greater Brisbane region)

• Your own camera/mobile device suitable for content capture

• $36.00/hour + superannuation, paid weekly

• Flexible, rostered hours — approximately 15 hours per week
