If you love building relationships, thrive in a busy environment and want to make a difference every day, we'd love to meet you.What you'll be doingAs the welcoming face of Riverbank Animal Hospital, you'll work closely with another Client Care Coordinator, Veterinary Nurses and Veterinarians to ensure every client feels supported from the moment they contact us.Demonstrated experience working in a direct client facing position in a veterinary or medical environmentAbility to coordinate animal medical cases and priorities with the veterinary teamExperience managing appointment books and scheduling softwareAbility to engage and educate clients on our services and wellness programsAdvanced account skills managing estimates, invoicing and payment optionsMaintain standards of care through records, reminders and recallsExcellent verbal and written communication with both clients and team membersMaintaining information and records in accordance with our privacy standardsVibrant, compassionate and warm nature to put our clients and pets at easeCoordinate our social media, campaigns and google requirementsMaintain work health and safety compliance with visitors, suppliers and tradesEnsure our reception and waiting area is always clean and well presented Reporting to the Practice Manager, you will be an integral part of our close-knit team to ensure that our clients and pets receive the best possible care and attention. You should have a natural love for animals and strive for a stress-free environment.About youOutstanding front of house and customer service skillsA friendly and positive attitude, with excellent communication skillsExcellent organisation, ability to multi-task with attention to detailDemonstrated experience in booking systems, digital platforms and social mediaThe ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environmentA genuine love of teamwork and animal care.
