Job Description

About the role

As a Marketing Assistant, you will execute marketing activities to drive the long-term success of our Nature's Way team. Some of the responsibilities will include:

Analytics and reporting, competitor, product and retailer analysisMarket research of consumer and global health trends, gather and analyse data to assist in the development of marketing strategies and activityContent creation of marketing materials for use in presentations, digital and social media etcCampaign support, assist in the development and execution of marketing campaignsCollaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to support brand media, product development and marketing activityBudget management, monthly A&P tracking and reconciliationAnalysis tracking of weekly scan sales General marketing and administration tasks Ensure compliance of all company policies and procedures

Full-time on-site role based in Warriewood on Sydney's Northern Beaches.

About you

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude that wants to learn and grow into a world class marketer. Supporting a senior team of marketers, you will have background knowledge into marketing fundamentals and good communication skills. Your willingness to learn and apply those learnings will see you grow as a marketer and within the business.

Previous experience in a marketing role is not essential but would be highly regardedAbility to work in a fast-paced environment Sound PC skills and intermediate skills in MS office (Word/Excel/Powerpoint/Outlook)Understanding of the social media space and its importanceHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailFlexibility, ability to prioritise and multi task Superior customer service skills Be a team playerExcellent organisation and project management skillsA 'can do' attitude
