About the role:

This role would suit a litigation lawyer who wants broad commercial disputes, direct Partner access and room to step up.

You can expect to work across:

• Commercial and contractual disputes.
• Misleading or deceptive conduct claims.
• Regulatory investigations and contentious regulatory issues.
• Director and shareholder disputes.
• Negligence claims and complex multi-party litigation.
• Mediations, arbitrations, litigation strategy, evidence and pleadings.

You will work closely with Partners across Melbourne and nationally, contribute to strategy, manage matters and help mentor junior lawyers.

The ideal candidate:

• 4 to 6 years PQE in commercial litigation, disputes or investigations.
• Strong private practice litigation experience.
• Sound knowledge of case management and litigation procedure.
• Commercial Court experience will be highly regarded.
• Strong drafting, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, collaborative and confident contributing to litigation strategy.
