 About the Role:

We’re currently seeking a bright and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our Administration Team on a Fulltime basis. In this role, you’ll play a key part in being the first point of contact for visitors and callers is responsible for providing professional assistance to everyone that interacts with the business leaving them with a positive impression.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming calls and directing the caller appropriately

• Receiving and distribution of incoming GPO mail

• Directing delivery drivers

• Receiving and forward incoming mail to the ••••@hogmannengineering.com address

• Greeting visitors and directing them as appropriate

• Managing meeting room bookings

• General Administration duties as required

 What you Bring:

• Previous experience in an administrative, reception or similar position

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office package

• Energetic, friendly, and confident communicator.

• Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail

• A can-do attitude
