Office Assistant

We are currently seeking a friendly, organised and proactive Office Assistant to join our Western Australian team on a full-time basis. Based in our Belmont office, this is a varied and hands-on role that will see you supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the office while providing administrative assistance to the Office Manager and wider leadership team.

As the first point of contact for visitors, clients and employees, you'll play an important role in creating a professional and welcoming office environment. No two days are the same, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative and is happy to get involved wherever needed.

• Manage reception activities, answer and direct phone calls and take messages
• Welcome visitors and provide a professional first impression of the business
• Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries
• Coordinate bookings for couriers, taxis, catering and meeting requirements
• Maintain presentation of the reception area, boardrooms, kitchen and general office spaces
• Monitor and replenish office supplies, stationery, printer consumables and kitchen stock
• Support document control activities, scanning and record management
• Assist with data entry, correspondence and general administrative tasks
• Support the coordination of functions, events and employee activities
• Assist with onboarding activities, including new starter packs, inductions and asset allocation
• Support employee offboarding activities and company asset returns
• Maintain various office registers and records
• Assist with warehouse organisation and stocktake activities as required
• Provide general support to the Office Manager and wider business as needed.
