Social Media & Marketing Co-ordinator

Real Estate Central is one of Darwin’s most established and respected agencies, known for results, strong local relationships, and consistent brand presence across the NT.

We’re seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Coordinator to support property campaigns, digital marketing, website performance, and community engagement initiatives. This is a hands-on role suited to someone organised, detail-oriented, and confident working in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate property marketing campaigns across digital, print, and portals

• Manage social media content creation, scheduling, and engagement

• Maintain and optimise the company website, including content updates

• Support SEO initiatives and monitor website and campaign performance

• Liaise with agents, suppliers, and media partners to ensure timely campaign delivery

• Assist with client events, sponsorships, and local community initiatives

• Ensure all marketing aligns with Real Estate Central’s brand standards

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years’ marketing experience (Qualification desirable but not essential)

• Strong organisational and project management skills

• Video & photo editing skills

• Experience with Canva and Adobe Suite

• Understanding of SEO, CMS platforms, and property portals

• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
