We're offering a Full Time contract (minimum 38hrs) with hourly pay where you are paid for every single hour you are at work, + all applicable penalties. 

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years in a high-end or fine dining kitchen 
• Proven technical skills, and strong on prep and service
• Confidence working with seasonal produce and modern techniques
• Cool under pressure with great communication skills
• Available nights and weekends
• Full Australian working rights
