We are now looking to expand our bench with an energy/ construction lawyer to support project delivery activities across one of Australia's most significant infrastructure and energy projects.
As an energy/ construction lawyer, you will need to:Have a minimum of 4-8 years' PQE in-house or private practiceDraft, review, negotiate, and advise on a range of construction contracts (including D&Cs, contractor agreements, subcontracts and supply agreements, JV agreements and project delivery agreements)Provide practical legal advice on project delivery and contractual issuesManage continuation notices, claim responses and settlement negotiationsWork with internal stakeholders to develop commercially sound strategies for dispute avoidance and resolution
