What we are looking for: 

A passionate and motivated Head Chef to join our kitchen. You’ll help execute a new menu that’s approachable, contemporary, and uniquely Australian, all while working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

In the heart of the kitchen we have a beautiful pizza oven and require the successful applicant to have experience with pizza making is preferred to assist in elevating our pizza program, alongside an elevated gastro pub offering that can bring out your creative side.

This is a hands-on role working alongside your team in delivering high quality standard to all our guests, whilst achieving departmental goals and KPI's. Executing seasonal exciting menus for the restaurant, bar and dedicated function spaces, no two days will be the same.
