If you are a talented Digital Marketing Manager, with a love for digital this is a great opportunity to step into a diverse role where you can take ownership of 360 marketing activities managing a team of four. You will see yourself developing, planning and implementing all marketing activities and initiatives; managing a marketing team to function as an innovative and creative department focusing on achieving marketing objectives!

What you'll be doing:

• Develop the strategic objectives for the marketing department and develop plans that are focused on the achievement of these objectives.
  
• Be responsible for all Internal and External marketing campaigns, direct and digital that drive membership inquiries necessary to achieve Guest Traffic goals. Collaborate with COO and General Managers to achieve these monthly goals.
• Drive innovative and engaging campaigns and events that build member engagement and impact Referrals and Retention.  
• Manage all marketing communication and ensure clear guidelines and objectives for social media and member/guest interaction. Manage quality of member interaction through EDM's, in-club, websites and other communication methods.
• Develop an Ambassador program appropriate for each different brand and generate awareness through inspirational stories and endorsements.
• Manage an in-house design team to ensure timely, accurate, cost effective and creative design output.
• Provide planning and leadership to the marketing department by ensuring appropriate systems, team structure and plans are in place.
• Oversee all creative pieces to ensure effectiveness and consistency in brand communication.

Qualifications

 What you'll need to get the job:

• Love for Health & Fitness, matched with your Digital marketing talents
• At least 5 years' experience in a digital focused marketing role with strong management experience.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work in a fast paced environment
• You are an influencer, and enjoy managing a small team
• Experience in implementing new ideas and driving a team forward
• Experience in managing successful digital campaigns with creative flair.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and work well under pressure
• Capability to think outside the box
• Effective communication skills and ability to liaise with senior stakeholders
