As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a qualified Customer Care Holistic Health Practitioner who is passionate about helping people achieve better health through exceptional customer care.This is a casual position with flexibility in our Southport office.
About the RoleThis is primarily a client communication role.You'll be contacting existing Gr8 Health customers who have recently purchased practitioner-only supplements to ensure they understand how to use their products correctly, answer any questions they may have, and provide professional naturopathic guidance where appropriate.You'll speak with a number of customers each day, helping them feel supported throughout their health journey while delivering an outstanding customer experience.These are warm customer calls — not cold calling. You'll be speaking with customers who have already purchased practitioner-only products from Gr8 Health and appreciate ongoing professional support.As you build relationships with clients, you'll have the opportunity to refer suitable customers for ongoing naturopathic consultations.
Your Responsibilities· Contact existing customers each day by phone.· Provide professional guidance on practitioner-only supplements.· Ensure customers understand how to take their products correctly.· Answer health and product-related questions within your scope of practice.· Deliver a caring, professional and confident customer experience over the phone.· Record accurate customer notes and maintain our CRM database.· Identify opportunities for ongoing naturopathic support where appropriate.· Contribute to the continued growth and reputation of Gr8 Health through exceptional customer care.
About YouWe're looking for someone who:· Is a qualified Holistic Health Practitioner (Bachelor Degree or Advanced Diploma).· Has excellent communication skills and an outstanding telephone manner.· Are confident building rapport and trust with customers over the phone.· Has previous customer service, telephone consultation or telehealth experience (highly regarded).· Is warm, caring and genuinely enjoys helping people improve their health.· Is organised, self-motivated and comfortable using computer-based customer management systems.· Has a positive attitude and enjoys contributing to a growing business.
