Tester - Concrete

Based in Deer Park, you'll work closely with our operations teams, conducting on-site testing and quality assurance activities that help deliver safe, reliable, and high-performing concrete solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Concrete Field Tester, you'll be responsible for collecting samples, conducting testing, and ensuring our concrete products meet strict quality standards. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Sampling fresh concrete at customer sites and Boral operations
• Conducting field and laboratory testing in accordance with industry standards and testing procedures
• Accurately recording and reporting test results
• Calibrating and maintaining testing equipment
• Supporting safe laboratory and field operations
• Assisting with quality assurance activities and other duties as required

You'll ideally have:

• Experience in field testing, laboratory testing, construction materials, or a related industry (preferred but not essential)
• Computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
• Flexibility to work shifts and weekends alongside operational teams
• A strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement
