Looking for a Full-Time Dental Receptionist!

We’re looking for a confident, organised and genuinely caring Full-Time Dental Receptionist to join our team at Revive Dental and Perth Dental Implant Centre in our beautiful clinic loacated in Applecross!

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a growing, privately owned practice combining general, cosmetic, restorative and advanced implant dentistry under one roof.

You’ll be joining a practice led by experienced dentists Dr David Norcross and Dr David O’Dowling, whose combined experience in implant and surgical dentistry is complemented by a highly skilled clinical, treatment coordination and laboratory team. Our Perth Dental Implant Centre is also recognised by Nobel Biocare as an All-on-4® Centre of Excellence.

• You will be joining a fully developed reception team and receive all the neccessary training to succeed in your role

As one of the first points of contact for our patients, you’ll play an incredibly important role in creating the experience they have with our clinic.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming patients and creating a warm, professional first impression

• Managing incoming calls, emails and patient enquiries

• Scheduling and coordinating appointments

• Managing patient arrivals and departures

• Processing payments and HICAPS, DVA and CDBS claims

• Assisting patients with treatment enquiries and general questions

• Coordinating appointments between our general dental and implant dentists

• Maintaining accurate patient records

• Assisting the treatment coordinator where required

• Supporting the clinical team and keeping the day running smoothly

• Contributing to a positive, organised and welcoming reception environment

We’re looking for someone who is warm, switched-on and reliable, with a genuine interest in helping people.

You will ideally have:

• Previous medical reception experience

• D4Web knowledge

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A professional and friendly manner

• Strong attention to detail

• Excellent organisational and time-management skills

• Confidence communicating with patients about treatment and appointments

• The ability to remain calm and composed in a busy environment

• A proactive attitude, you see what needs doing and get it done

• The ability to work independently while also being a strong team player

• A willingness to learn and develop your skills
