About the role:

Customer Service Representative - Spare Part's role is to provide support to customers by assist them in identifying spare parts, customer inquiries and processing sales orders.

This role requires a high level of customer service with a mechanical understanding.

Customer Service Representative is responsible:

• Accurate and timely communication with internal team members assisting them with sourcing parts and checking stock levels

• Supports the Sales with Business Development Managers

• Provide a high level of assistance to customers via phone and/or email

• Identify spare parts through our online catalogue

• Processing spare parts sales

About You

• Previous experience in a similar role or in spare parts.

• Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal,

• Excellent attention to detail

• Organisational skills

• Experience with computer systems and ensuring accurate data entry and customer communications.
