Located on West Coast Highway, overlooking the Indian Ocean, Salt & Oak offers a dining experience that celebrates the best of land and ocean. Our menu blends fresh, contemporary plates with refined classics, designed to be enjoyed with friends, family and a glass of something exceptional.

Café style by day and open for a more refined dinner service 4 nights per week. We're open 7 days a week - Monday to Friday from 6am to 3pm, opening up our dinner service from Thursday through Sunday, opening 6am until late.

We have a great opportunity for a Head Chef to join our team. As Head Chef, you will work with our team to design and deliver a high quality, delicious and sustainable menu. You will enjoy being hands-on and take pride in training and mentoring your team of Chefs to ensure consistent quality and presentation. You'll have experience managing wage costs & COGS, ordering, stock takes and be uncompromising with hygiene and safety standards.

This role will strongly collaborate with the Venue Manager, Owner and Hospitality leaders throughout the wider group and you'll have the support of Human Resources and Finance for guidance to help you grow and succeed in the role.
