A little about the role
The Program & Practice Specialist is a newly created role that is responsible for the co-design and continuous improvement of evidence informed, child safe and culturally aligned programs across KAA’s service continuum.
In this role, you will translate evidence, policy, safeguarding and practice knowledge into clear, practical program frameworks, tools, and guidance that support consistent and high-quality service delivery.

The base salary for this position is $115,337.04 - $120,440.32 per annum + super + salary packaging options up to $15.9k per year.
This is a full-time, 18-month contract position. Please note, this position is internally referred to as Program Development Specialist.
You can be based at any of our offices, nationally!
About you
The successful candidate will come with demonstrated experience in practice/clinical leadership and have worked directly with children, young people and their families.
You will also be able to deliver high-quality program development activities such as implementation, training, consultation and facilitation of reflective practice.
