Role Description The Data Analyst (Entry / Junior) will support data-driven decision-making for Startup Mahakumbh by collecting, cleaning, and analyzing event and operational data. In this part-time hybrid role based in Melbourne, VIC, the Data Analyst will work both on-site and remotely, creating reports and dashboards to track key metrics such as attendee engagement, exhibitor performance, and program outcomes. Daily tasks include preparing datasets, running basic statistical analyses, building data models, and visualizing insights in a clear and accessible format for internal stakeholders. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements, validating data accuracy, and presenting findings in concise summaries and presentations.
