About the role

Crowne Real Estate is seeking a talented and motivated Property Manager to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties in the Ipswich QLD 4305 area. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a leading real estate agency while developing your property management expertise.

What you'll be doing

• Effectively managing a portfolio of rental properties, including coordinating inspections, handling tenant inquiries, and ensuring timely rent collection

• Conducting thorough property inspections and providing detailed reports to landlords

• Coordinating maintenance and repairs, ensuring properties are well-maintained and tenant-ready

• Advertising vacant properties and managing the tenant selection process

• Negotiating and preparing tenancy agreements, bond lodgements, and other legal documents

• Providing exceptional customer service to both tenants and landlords

• Maintaining accurate and comprehensive property records

• Staying up-to-date with relevant legislation and industry best practices

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a property management or real estate role, preferably in the residential sector

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, landlords, and contractors

• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

• Thorough understanding of relevant tenancy laws and regulations

• Proficiency in using property management software and other relevant tools

• A positive, customer-focused attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service

• A valid real estate license
