Property Manager – NGU Real Estate Ipswich

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our growing team at our Brassall office on a full-time basis.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a residential portfolio while being part of a collaborative and professional property management team.

Your day will be varied, with responsibilities including:

• Managing a portfolio of residential properties from tenancy commencement through to completion

• Building strong, long-term relationships with property owners and tenants

• Conducting routine inspections and ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard

• Coordinating repairs, maintenance and trades while keeping owners informed

• Managing rent, arrears, lease renewals and tenancy documentation

• Handling tenant enquiries and resolving issues professionally and efficiently

• Managing routine and exit inspections, bond matters and tenancy compliance

• Liaising with owners regarding property performance, maintenance and rental opportunities

• Assisting with leasing and new tenant applications when required

• Ensuring all properties are managed in accordance with Queensland legislation and industry best practice

• Maintaining accurate records and delivering a high level of communication throughout the tenancy

We're looking for someone who is confident, organised and genuinely enjoys property management.

You will ideally have:

• Previous experience as a Residential Property Manager

• Strong knowledge of Queensland residential tenancy legislation

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Strong organisational and time-management abilities

• The confidence to manage challenging conversations and resolve issues professionally

• A proactive approach and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work

• Experience with property management software

• A current Queensland Certificate of Registration

• A current driver's licence
