We are seeking a motivated, high energy & well-presented Vehicle Handover Specialist to join our team at Parramatta Toyota and Lexus.  We are a high-volume dealership (#1  in Australia for Lexus sales for 2 years) - so you are part of a high-performing team delivering a LOT of vehicles every month.  You will have the privilege of presenting the keys to proud Toyota & Lexus & Pre-0wned Vehicle owners and help them learn and explore all the functions on their new high-tech & luxury vehicles.

What You'll Do:

• Congratulate new owners with warmth & enthusiasm, sharing in their joy and creating great social media moments for them.  

• Provide a thorough introduction to the vehicle, pair their phone & demonstrate key functions and settings.

• Ensure every customer leaves us safely & confidently - empowered to make the most of their new vehicle.   

• Offer guidance and answer questions to make every owner's experience truly exceptional 

• Ensure all paperwork to take receipt of the vehicle is completed and accurate

• Build great customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer satisfaction, making memorable moments and providing useful information.

Qualities We Seek

• A genuine love for all cars, especially Toyota & Lexus vehicles!

• At least 1 years experience in a face-to-face customer service role.

• Clear and articulate communication skills and a customer centric approach.

• Ability to convey technical information in an easily understandable manner

• Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence

• A great team player - fun, energetic, collaborative, empathetic & ready to get in and help.

• A passion for making every delivery a memorable moment for our valued customers. 

• Ability to understand technical specifications and an interest in cutting-edge technologies

• Desire to learn the automotive industry

• A good driving record with an ability to safely park & drive vehicles.
