Finance Analyst - 12 Month Maternity Leave CoverPort Melbourne | 12 Month ContractWe’re looking for a Finance Analyst to join our Finance team for a 12-month maternity leave cover.We are an ASX-listed company with a Global presence across the skate, surf, streetwear and workwear industries, owning and distributing a portfolio of Fashion, Workwear, Streetwear and Surf brands globally.This is a key role within our Finance team, supporting financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and compliance, while working closely with stakeholders across the business to help drive informed commercial decisions.What you’ll be doingPrepare and analyse daily cash flow, sales and margin reportingAssist with month-end management reporting and reconciliationsAnalyse product costs, margins and purchase price variancesAssist with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysisMaintain sales, stock and provision reportingSupport BAS, FBT and other statutory reporting requirementsDevelop and enhance reporting dashboards and analyticsSupport Qlik reporting and business intelligence requirementsProvide ad hoc financial analysis and commercial insightsWhat we’re looking forStrong analytical and inquisitive mindset with a desire to improve processesAdvanced Microsoft Excel skillsExperience with an ERP system; Apparel21 and Qlik experience is advantageousStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsExcellent communication skills and the ability to work with people across all areas of the businessExperience across broader finance functions such as AP, AR, payroll or treasury is advantageousCPA/CA qualified or working towards qualification is preferred, but not essentialPositive, energetic and hands-on approachThis is a great opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to join a dynamic Australian business, gain exposure across multiple areas of the organisation and play an important role within the Finance team.📍 Location: Port Melbourne📅 Contract: 12-month maternity leave cover
