About the role

Support worker, female with Arts background (Art Activities-Certificate in Visual Arts/Diploma or Bachelor in Art therapy/Education) Northern Suburbs. Must have knowledge in art and craft to facilitate an art therapy/education support work session.
Support worker is required to pick participant from Bundoora and driven to participants home in Mernda and engage in Arts and Crafts for the remaining time allocated.
Experienced worker needed for nonverbal autistic 17-year-old in Diamond Creek.
Mental health outreach support workers needed across Melbourne. North---North/West---North/East Suburbs. Support workers, are required to engage with the client to access their community, encourage development of daily living skills, improve the individual's capacity for self-care and social participation in the community to collaborate with all services involved to achieve the participants goals and recovery.
BBT Breaking Barriers & Thrive is an outreach service specialising in mental health/disability and psychosocial recovery wellness.
