Customer Service Officer / Admin - Full Time

About the business

New Concept Sign is a nationwide professional supplier of large format digital print media and banner display accessories servicing the graphic arts sector with distribution centres in Chester Hill NSW 2162 and Darra QLD 4076.

Our business is growing quickly and we are looking for a full-time customer service officer for Chester Hill NSW 2162.

About the role 

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

·       As the principal point of contact for our customers, you will assist with product enquiries, prepare quotations, process orders and provide all round practical and timely solutions.

·       Taking phone/email orders; answering of phones and replying to emails

·       Processing orders and invoicing in MYOB on-line accounting package

·       Booking couriers and scheduling deliveries

·       Processing payments via EFTPOS terminal

·       Checking picked orders

·       Others customer service roles assigned by the management

Key Requirements:

·       Have worked 3 years minimum within a customer service, sales support or order management role.

·       Experience with MYOB and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

·       Experience in the sign industry is not a must be, but will be an advantage

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills; an extremely good telephone manner

·       A team player who is able to work under pressure in busy periods

·       Highly organized with multi-tasking abilities

·       You will be required to develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the company's products to build on our market position and to help grow our brand for the future.
