Admin/Receptionist

Health Provider Assist (HPA) in Pascoe Vale, Melbourne VIC, is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team. At HPA, we empower individuals to launch their own businesses under the National Disability Insurance Scheme, enabling them to offer a diverse range of services to enhance the lives of people with disabilities.
We provide a fun and safe environment for all individuals to work in while also providing you with the opportunity to grow within our team. 

This role consists of the following tasks, however, is not limited to:

• Scheduling meetings for our sales team 

• Providing brief descriptions of our services to potential clients

• Inputting leads into the client management system

• Responding to emails and phone calls

• Full-time position: 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Candidates who will be considered must have the following: 

• A general understanding of the NDIS scheme (Preferably)

• Professional phone mannerism is required

• Ability to learn and develop efficiently 

• Time management skills and a sense of urgency when working
