The OpportunityWe are building our Valuations practice from the ground up, and we’re looking for an ambitious Analyst or Senior Analyst to join us at an exciting stage of its growth.As one of the early members of the team, you won’t simply be joining an established function - you’ll have the opportunity to help shape how we work, contribute to our team culture and play a role in building a modern valuations practice.
Starting with a clean slate also gives us the opportunity to rethink traditional ways of working. We are embedding AI, automation and technology into our valuation processes from day one, reducing repetitive work and allowing our people to spend more time on the analysis, judgement and commercial thinking that drive great client outcomes.

What You Will DoPrepare valuations of businesses, shares, intangible assets and financial instruments for transaction, strategic and compliance purposes.Build and review valuation models, including DCF, comparable company and other relevant valuation methodologies.Research and interpret market and industry data to support valuation assumptions, benchmarks and conclusions.Review and sensitise financial forecasts, considering management projections and due diligence findings.Prepare high-quality, client-ready valuation reports, presentations and supporting analysis.Work directly with clients, auditors, tax advisers and other stakeholders to explain valuation methodologies, assumptions and outcomes.Contribute to the development of new valuation processes, tools and automations, including the practical application of AI to improve the quality and efficiency of our work.
What We Are Looking ForA Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Actuarial Studies or a related discipline, (CFA or CA studies viewed favourably).Approximately 2–3 years’ experience across valuations, transaction advisory, corporate finance, treasury, capital risk management or a related financial advisory environment.Experience constructing and reviewing valuation models, including DCF and comparable company analysis, with exposure to intangible asset valuations advantageous.Strong financial modelling skills and working knowledge of financial accounting and valuation-related accounting standards.Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with the ability to interpret complex financial information.High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership over the quality of client deliverables.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Familiarity with AI tools and, importantly, a genuine interest in exploring how technology can improve the way valuation work is performed.
