Are you a compassionate, reliable, and empowering individual who is passionate about making a real difference in the lives of people with disabilities? ACHIEVE DISABILITY SERVICES PTY LTD is seeking Casual Female & Male Mentors / Support Workers to join our growing team!

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to participants in line with their NDIS goals and individual support plans

• Assist with daily living tasks, community access, and social inclusion activities

• Encourage independence, build life skills, and be a positive role model

• Develop trusting relationships with participants based on respect and consistency

• Complete progress notes and communicate effectively with the broader support team

💼 What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in disability, community, or youth support (preferred but not essential)

• A caring, person-centred approach with a genuine passion for supporting others

• Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of reliability

• Flexibility to work across a range of shifts, including weekends or evenings as required

• Must have: NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid & CPR, Working with Children Check, and valid driver's licence, Additional Relevant NDIS Certifications.

• Manual Handling and Medication Administration certifications required

• Required checks and certifications can be obtained after job offer
