We're looking for a hands-on Product Analyst to join Project OneCore, a major program that will bring together MyState and Auswide onto a new core banking platform and help shape the future of banking for our customers. As part of this exciting transformation, you'll play a key role in analysing, simplifying and designing the products that will support our customers for years to come.

This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of a high-profile strategic program, collaborating with Product, Technology and business stakeholders to influence decisions that will have a lasting impact across the organisation.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Product Lead, you'll combine analytical thinking with a practical, hands-on approach as you help define MyState's future product set across lending and deposits.

You'll be involved in:

• Analysing and mapping existing lending and deposit products into our future-state banking platform
• Supporting product rationalisation and simplification activities across the business
• Working closely with the Product Lead and wider Product team to understand requirements and shape future solutions
• Participating in workshops, project meetings and stakeholder discussions to drive outcomes
• Using data, insights and product knowledge to support key business decisions

What You'll Bring

• Experience in product management, product analysis or product development within financial services
• Strong knowledge of lending products, with deposits experience viewed favourably
• Confidence analysing data and translating insights into practical recommendations
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and experience working across business teams
• A proactive, curious mindset and a desire to be part of meaningful change
