If you’re after impact, there’s no other organisation in Australia that delivers work on this scale.
You know that to make a meaningful contribution there needs to be connection and collaboration across the teams. Here’s your opportunity to help our people make a big impact.
In this role, you'll:
Be working as part of the Professional Integrity team, where you will support the intake and triage of complaints, notifications and enquiries received through a variety of different channels.
You will value collaboration and contribute to a positive team culture. You will be a trusted, approachable and strategic partner working collaboratively to triage matters and escalate as appropriate. You will also determine if the matters are within or out of scope and assign matters to relevant units for ongoing management.
You will also coordinate and act as the secretariate for various conduct assessment panels, where you will take minutes, coordinate the agenda, ensure all actions are followed through and be a point of contact for the Panel process.
The team hub for this role will be located in Macquarie Park and there will be the expectation that the successful candidate will be able to commit to our 50% workplace presence requirements.
